Juice Fasting

This process of juice fasting is great for you at the beginning of a rough patch. Grab a piece of fruit and juice it up in about 20 minutes. In about 20 minutes you will have enough juice to feed 1-2 oranges. This fills you up and helps you to avoid the sugar spike your body might otherwise get. On average, you will have 20 minutes to get something out of your system. This is a shock to your system and your body will let you know it is getting something. After 20 minutes, you will have filled your belly up with raw natural juice, and you’ll notice blood pressure decreases, you will feel less lethargic, and you will have more energy.

To keep it easy, drink 1-3 glasses of juice, then have a small meal 60-90 minutes later. This will keep your blood sugar stable and give you more energy without sugar spikes that lead to fat gain.

Don’t go more than 3 hours without drinking juice. Your body will histamine the first 24 hours, and then detoxifies the excess. If you go over that, your body will get confused, and you will have lots of candida.

Less sweet fruits. Since the juice is sweet, you will eat more. Your body has a limited capacity to metabolize sugars. Thus, the more you eat the more sugar gets put back into your system. You want less sugar in your system than you take in. ½ the amount of sugar that you get in baked goods.
