Ragi Malt Banana Smoothie Recipe for Weight Loss | Quick Easy Breakfast Idea | Finger Millet Drink

This Healthy Ragi Malt Smoothie is great for breakfast during hot summer days to lose weight, since having hot ragi malt is impossible these days. I made this banana version for me and mango version for hubby. He loved it so much. You will never find ragi added in this drink unless mentioned. The ragi just act as a thickening agent and gives a nice creamy texture to the smoothie. I can say it as a healthy, filling and a quick energy drink. Ragi is a gulten free flour also called nachni, Kodra & finger millet in english. It’s highly nutritious & loaded with essential minerals like calcium & iron.
