Wholefood smoothies are my go-to food. I use a Vitamix to blend a cocktail of frozen fruits, vegetables, nut milks and superfoods. I choose what to put in my smoothie depending on my nutrition need for that day. If I need an antioxidant boost, I’ll make a kale, açai, blueberry and banana smoothie. If I need more fiber, I’ll make a broccoli, kale, avocado and mango smoothie. If I’m feeling under the weather, I’ll make a papaya, pineapple, red bell pepper and ginger smoothie. If I want to feel alert, I’ll make a spinach, strawberry, banana, raw cacao and coffee smoothie.

So when I hit 300,000 subscribers, I’m going to choose the best response in the comments section below. All I want to know is:

1. What content do you want from me on Youtube?
2. What are you going to do with the blender?

Please be as detailed as possible with your answers. I will only pick your answer if you have subscribed to my channel and given me a detailed reason of why you want this blender.

Please share this video and ask your friends to subscribe to my channel so I hit 300k faster i’ll pick your answer! =)

This contest is open to people residing in the Philippines. I will let you know you are shortlisted as a potential winner by leaving a comment on your answer asking you to send me an email so I can get in touch with you.

My name is Bianca. I love writing, photography, magic hour, travel, home design, yoga, playing in the kitchen and in front of the camera, listening, telling stories and living mindfully.

I hope this channel encourages you to love life and live it fully.

Sometime ago, I juggled life as a Digital Filmmaking scholar at De La Salle – College of St. Benilde while pursuing a career in acting. Years after, I attended the Center for Culinary Arts, Manila, gained a certification in Fitness Nutrition and opened a fitness-oriented organic restaurant called Runner’s Kitchen. I co-own Beyond yoga studio in Rockwell.

Though my love affair with being in front of the camera forever remains, I dream of producing digital content that makes this world a better place and finding solutions to lessen the garbage we create. In the works.
